I am an artist living in the North West of England. For as long as I can remember I have been interested in books and in pictures that tell a story. This interest in words and imagery led to a degree in illustration and has continued to inform my work. My current practice focuses mainly on exploring narrative through painting, printmaking and making artists books. I am very pleased to say that I currently have work in. Having worked in graphic design as a young un I arrived at printmaking relatively late in life nurtured by the staff and members of Hotbed Press in Salford, an amazing open access print studio. My work is inspired by places I live and places I visit, especially the seaside.
